1. All Sales Are Final (Hygiene & Safety Products)
Due to the nature of piercing items—including needles, clamps, and body jewelry—we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety, hygiene, and sterilization reasons.
Once an order is placed, all sales are final.
This policy protects every customer by ensuring all products remain clean, unused, and sterile.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing components
- Faulty or defective
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
We do NOT require returns for defective or damaged items due to the type of products we sell.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Delivery time is up to 20 days, depending on your location and shipping conditions.
If your package is:
- Marked as “delivered” but not received
- Stuck in transit for an unusually long time
- Lost by the carrier

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Piercing needles
- Clamps
- Body jewelry
- Piercing kits
- Opened or used items
- Digital downloads (if applicable)
All of these fall under health and hygiene-sensitive product categories.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (only in cases of damaged or lost orders):
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
- Processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on PayPal and bank timelines.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order fails to arrive due to:
- Wrong address entered by the customer
- Missing apartment/house details
- Unavailable recipient
We cannot issue refunds. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.
